Ibiza’s only Brazilian Churrascaria, Pau Brasil, in the heart of the island has opened its doors for the season. A grand feast was had recently to celebrate the first serving of the year, enjoyed along with a market, live performances, kids play area and, a new sushi menu to add to the options for your next scrumptious visit to this entertainment restaurant so well loved by everyone who eats, drinks and plays there.
As well as the new sushi side to the menu, the Pau Brasil kitchen is offering it’s usual array of traditional Brazilian salads, flavoursome vegetables, indulgent cheeses and side platters, so even the vegetarian’s feel welcome amongst the meat feast, and go home with a full and happy belly. And lets not forget the cocktails. Ice cold, totally fruity, and shaken, with Brazilian love and laughs, all for your enjoyment.
Pau Brasil has opened up its doors nice and early at the end of April, with an extension to their restaurant seating space and news of a longer year ahead as they launch the new covered terrace where lunches and dinners will be taking place as late as December this year.
As well as their normal ?39 eat as much as you can evening menu, probably my favourite change they’ve made this season, is now also offering a daytime ‘menu’ option, with 4 choices of meat, along with the salads and sides, for only ?15 pp
This summer, our media team will be heading behind the scenes of the Pau Brasil Doors with a monthly feature on their bar, kitchen, restaurant and stage, as we get to know the brasilitailian family of friends a little better and maybe even a some secrets to their recipes.
